  • Christopher Slade

    VMD

    Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dr. Slade graduated from the University of Pennsylvania school of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. After completing an internship at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital in New Jersey, Dr. Slade moved back to Pittsburgh to run a twenty four hour emergency hospital. He then relocated with his wife to New Jersey and joined Edgebrook Animal Hospital as the Medical Director ten years ago. Dr. Slade brings sixteen years of experience and advanced medical and surgical skills to Edgebrook. In his very limited free time, Dr. Slade enjoys fishing, camping, and nature activities with his wife, Elena, and his two children, Sophia and Michael. His house is filled with an array of small animals: two dogs, Lucy and Zeus, three cats, Jasmine, Stoffies and George, a sun conure named Mango, Mousie the guinea pig and Windy the Chinese hamster.

  • Ryan Otto

    DVM

    Dr. Otto is a native of New Jersey and grew up in Menham before attending Veterinary school at Tufts University in Massachusetts. After graduation in 2000, he worked in Hoboken, New Jersey, before joining Edgebrook Animal Hospital in 2003. Dr. Otto brings much experience and knowledge to all of his patients. He currently lives in Robbinsville with his wife Allison and two children, Alexa and Kevin. They share their home with their dog, Willow and three cats, Isis, Oz, and Thumbkin. In what little free time he has, Dr. Otto enjoys movies, travelling, and skiing.

  • Charles T. Schenck

    DVM

    Acupuncture is a practical and safe method of arthritis treatment. While it has many uses, the principal use of acupuncture is the relief of pain and discomfort in our pets without side effects. Dr. Schenck is certified by the International Acupuncture Society and has been practicing medicine for over 52 years and is available, by appointment, on Thursday mornings.
